1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help cruisers track their voyages, prepare for sailings, and connect with fellow cruisers through Lido Hoppers. You agree not to misuse the App, submit false information, or attempt to access systems in unauthorized ways.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse of the platform.

3. Free and Pro Features

The App offers both free and Pro-tier features. Free features include cruise tracking, packing lists, port passport, badges, built-in scavenger hunts, trivia, and Hoppers Connect groups. Pro features include Group Bingo, AI-generated scavenger hunts, the Ask the Lido Hoppers AI chat, and other premium capabilities as designated within the App. Pro membership may be subject to a separate subscription fee. Feature availability and Pro tier inclusions are subject to change.

4. AI-Powered Features

The App includes optional AI-powered features: Cruise Trivia generation, the “Ask the Lido Hoppers” conversational chat, and Scavenger Hunt generation. These features are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. AI responses may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as professional travel, medical, legal, or financial advice. Daily usage limits apply to each AI feature and are enforced server-side.

5. Drink Package Calculator

The drink package calculator is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Package inclusions, pricing, per-drink caps, and other terms are set by cruise lines and are subject to change at any time without notice. Always verify current package details directly with your cruise line before purchasing. Lido Hoppers makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of package information.

6. Badges and Redemption Codes

The App includes a badge and achievement system to recognize your cruise milestones. Certain special badges may be earned by redeeming single-use codes distributed at official Lido Hoppers events or through our travel partners. Redemption codes are personal, non-transferable, and valid for single use only. We reserve the right to revoke badges earned through fraudulent or unauthorized means.

7. Hoppers Connect Groups and User Content

The Hoppers Connect feature allows members to share messages, photos, and group activity with other members of their cruise group. By submitting content to the App — including messages, photos, scavenger hunt entries, trivia responses, and bingo activity — you grant Lido Hoppers a limited, royalty-free license to store and display that content to your group members for the purpose of operating the feature. You are solely responsible for all content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications for group activity, cruise check-in reminders, personal travel reminders you schedule through the Travel Planning Calendar, and other alerts you have opted into. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. We may also send transactional emails (such as account confirmations and responses to feedback you have submitted) to the email address associated with your account.

9. Travel Advisor Services

Christina’s travel advisor services are provided separately from this App. Use of the “Book with Christina” feature connects you with a licensed travel advisor affiliated with Bright Beans Media, LLC. Travel bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions from your travel advisor, cruise lines, and other travel providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in this App, including the Lido Hoppers name, logo, original written content, and design, is the property of Bright Beans Media, LLC (doing business as Lido Hoppers). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that cruise information, port data, drink package details, badge criteria, or AI-generated content is always accurate, complete, or current.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Beans Media, LLC and Lido Hoppers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on drink package information, AI-generated content, or any travel planning information provided within the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
