Badges reward milestones you naturally hit as an active cruiser. They are evaluated automatically every time you save a cruise or complete an action. When you earn one, a celebration animation plays and the badge appears instantly in your collection. There is no manual claiming.
Badge categories include:
- Sailing Milestones: First Sailing, 5 Cruises Logged, 10 Cruises Logged, Diamond Cruiser (20+)
- Nights at Sea: 7-Night Sailor, Century at Sea (100+ nights)
- Cruise Lines & Regions: Fleet Explorer (3 lines), 3 Ocean Sailor, Caribbean Dreamin’, World Traveler
- Ports Visited: Port Explorer, 25 Ports Visited
- Packing & Planning: Packed & Ready, Pack Master, Bon Voyage!
- Trivia & Hunts: Trivia Rookie, On a Roll (7-day streak), Trivia Champion (30-day streak), Hunt Begins, Hunt Master
- Games: Bingo Champ, Lido Hopper, Duck Commander
- Community: Crew Captain, Cruise Companion, Voice of the Hoppers, Lido Hoppers Ambassador
- Booking & Brand: Booked with Christina, Sailed with the Hoppers, Lido Hoppers Insider, Founding Member
- Overall: Lido Legend (earn 20 badges), The Full Lido (earn every other badge)
Tony’s Take: Add all your past cruises in one session and the app evaluates everything at once. Most people earn 10 to 15 badges in their very first sitting.
Heads up: Badge access scales with tier. Deckhand earns the first two tiers of badges, First Mate earns all standard badges, and Captain earns everything including the exclusive Captain set below.
