Delete your account

Permanently removing your account and data.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Legal, then Delete Account.
  3. Follow the prompts.

Deletion is permanent and complete. All cruise data, badges, group memberships, calendar events, and your sign-in record are removed within seconds.

Heads up: This cannot be undone, and your cruises and badges cannot be recovered. If you only want to step away for a while, sign out instead.
