Everything should sync in real time across your devices. If it does not:
- Make sure you are signed in with the same method (email, Google, or Apple) on both devices. Different methods can mean different accounts.
- Check your internet connection. Sync needs a live connection.
- Refresh the app, or close and reopen it.
- Sign out and back in on the device that looks out of date.
Heads up: Two different sign-in methods are the number one cause of “missing” cruises. If your data looks empty, you are probably in a second account. Sign out and back in with your original method.
