- Confirm you are on First Mate or Captain, group photo sharing is a paid feature.
- Check your internet connection. Ship Wi-Fi can be slow.
- Make sure the photo is under 10MB, and try one at a time if a batch stalls.
- Confirm you granted the app permission to access your photos.
Tip: Onboard Wi-Fi is often the real culprit. If a photo will not go, it may simply need a stronger connection or a wait until port.
