- Make sure you tapped Allow when the app asked to send notifications.
- Check notification permissions in your device settings for the app.
- For the most reliable delivery, use the installed app (from the App Store or Google Play, or added to your home screen) rather than a browser tab.
Heads up: On iPhone, web push generally requires adding the app to your home screen first. Running it in a Safari tab is not enough. The installed App Store version handles this for you.
