The Voyage Board is not updating

When the board on your TV does not reflect changes from your phone.

  1. Confirm the display device has a live internet connection.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the same account on both devices.
  3. If it is stuck, refresh the Voyage Board page on the display device.
  4. Check that the display device did not go to sleep or drop its connection.
Tip: A quick page refresh on the display device clears up almost every stuck-board situation.
